Map Host to a Datastore
Use the procedure in this topic to map hosts to a VMFS datastore.
Steps
- Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
- Click .

Select the datastore, click
.
The datastore details are displayed.

To map hosts to the datastore, go to the
Host Mappings tab and click
+MAP HOSTS.
The Map Hosts dialog box is displayed.

Select the protocol type and select the hosts that you want to be mapped to the datastore and click
MAP.
The selected hosts are successfully mapped to the datastore.NOTE Only the host that is already added in PowerStore and is in Connected state is listed for selection.
