Delete NFS Datastores on PowerMax Storage system
Use the procedure in this topic to delete the NFS datastores on PowerMax storage system.
Prerequisites
- vCenter users must have privileges to delete datastore and also have access to the datastore storage.
Steps
- Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
- Click .

Right-click the
PowerMax NFS datastore that you want to delete, click
.
The Confirm Delete Datastore dialog box is displayed.
You can also click .

Select the checkbox to confirm deletion, click
DELETE.
NOTEThe selected NFS datastore is deleted.
- The DELETE option is disabled if the checkbox is not selected.
- The datastore need not be the datastore that is created by VSI.
- The progress can be tracked in the Tasks tab.
