View Capacity Charts for PowerStore Appliances
Use the procedure in this topic to monitor capacity metrics for PowerStore appliances.
Prerequisites
- PowerStore model must be PowerStoreX
- PowerStore software version must be 3.0
NOTE For PowerStore storage system version earlier than 3.0, the appliances option is not available.
Steps
- Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
- Click .

Click
Storage Systems on the left side.
The Storage Systems page is displayed.

To monitor the capacity for
PowerStore appliances, click the
PowerStore storage system name from the
Storage Systems page.
The details for selected PowerStore storage system are displayed.

Click the
Capacity tab.
It displays the capacity chart of the cluster by default.

To view the performance chart for appliance, select the appliance from the drop down provided for
Capacity.
The Physical Capacity, Historical Usage, and Data Savings details are displayed.
You can also select the time range to display the Historical Usage from the View: drop down.
To download the capacity chart, click the menu on the top right corner of the chart. You can download in different formats as well.
