Map Host to a Volume Group
Use the procedure in this topic to map host to a volume group.
Steps
- Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
- Click .

Click
Storage Systems on the left side.
The Storage Systems page is displayed.

Click the
PowerStore storage system name from the
Storage Systems page.
The details for selected PowerStore storage system are displayed.

Click the
Volume Groups tab.
The details of all the volume groups are displayed.

Select the volume group to map host(s) and click
More Actions drop down and select
Map.
The Map Hosts dialog box is displayed and it lists the available hosts.

Select a host or multiple hosts that you want to map and click
MAP.
The selected hosts are mapped to the volume group.
