Edit Access Mode for Hosts

Use the procedure in this topic to edit the access mode for hosts.

Steps

  1. Log in to the VMware vSphere Client.
  2. Click Menu > Storage.
  3. Select a NFS datastore, click Configure > Dell VSI > Storage.
    The Storage Details tab displays details of the selected datastore.
  4. Click Access and Connectivity tab. The hosts that have access to NFS datastore are displayed.
    NOTE You can edit the default access mode by clicking the EDIT button.
  5. To edit the access mode, select a host from the list and click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
    The Edit Access Mode dialog box is displayed.
  6. Select the access mode from the drop-down and click SAVE.
    The access mode for the selected host is modified.
