Installing the 2.5-inch hard-drives

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation process.

Steps

  1. Place the first hard drive into the hard-drive assembly and align the slots on the bracket with the slots on the hard-drive.
  2. Replace the two (M3x3.5) screws to secure the first hard-drive to the hard-drive assembly.
  3. Place the second hard-drive into the hard-drive assembly and align the slots on the bracket with the slots on the hard-drive.
  4. Replace the two (M3x3.5) screws to secure the second hard-drive to the hard-drive assembly.

  1. Install the hard-drive assembly.
  2. Install the side cover.
