Troubleshooting

If Trusted Device and BIOS Verification status do not properly display in the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin console, check the following:

  • Verify that Trusted Device is properly installed.
  • Verify that your client computers are running Trusted Device v3.8 or later. See the Trusted Device Installation Guide for more information.
  • Validate that your client computers have joined the managed Azure AD group that you are targeting for Trusted Device integration. See this Microsoft article for more information.
  • Verify that the client computer has properly synced with Intune. See this Microsoft article for more information.
  • Validate that your client computers are members of the target group for the BIOS Verification and Trusted Device policies. See this Microsoft article for more information.
