Enable Debug Logs

Enable debug logs to gather additional information for troubleshooting purposes. Do not set debug log options unless instructed to do so by technical support.

Steps

  1. If a Storage Center is selected from the drop-down list in Unisphere Central, click Home button(Home).
    The Unisphere CentralHome page is displayed.
  2. Click Data Collector iconData Collector.
    The Data Collector view is displayed.
  3. Click the Monitoring tab, and then click the Support subtab.
  4. Click Edit.
    The Edit Support dialog box opens.
  5. Select the checkboxes of the debug logs to enable.
  6. Click OK.
