Enable Debug Logs
Enable debug logs to gather additional information for troubleshooting purposes. Do not set debug log options unless instructed to do so by technical support.
Steps
- If a
Storage Center is selected from the drop-down list in
Unisphere Central, click
(Home).
The Unisphere CentralHome page is displayed. - Click
Data Collector.
The Data Collector view is displayed. - Click the Monitoring tab, and then click the Support subtab.
- Click Edit.The Edit Support dialog box opens.
- Select the checkboxes of the debug logs to enable.
- Click OK.
