Create a Disk Folder
Creating a disk folder manages unassigned disks in the new disk folder.
About this task
NOTE Having multiple disk
folders may cause storage to be used inefficiently.
Steps
- If you are connected to a Data Collector, select a Storage Center from the drop-down list in the left navigation pane of Unisphere Central.
- From the
STORAGE menu, click
Disks.
The Disks view is displayed. - Click
(New).The New Disk Folder dialog box opens. - Type a name in the Name field.
- Select the disks to be included in the disk folder.
- Click OK.
