Close a FRU Ticket
Close a FRU ticket if the FRU ticket is not needed.
Steps
- From the
MONITORING menu, click
Alerts.
The Alerts view is displayed. - Select a FRU ticket.
- Click Close FRU Ticket.The Close FRU Ticket dialog opens.
- Click OK.
