Change the Connection Timeout for a Registered Windows Server
You can configure the maximum time in seconds that Unisphere Central waits for a response for queries that are sent to the Server Agent.
Steps
- If a
Storage Center is selected from the drop-down list in
Unisphere Central, click
(Home).
The Unisphere CentralHome page is displayed. - From the
STORAGE menu, click
Servers.
The Servers view is displayed. - Click the Registered Servers tab.
- In the Registered Servers view, select a Windows Server.
- Click
(Edit Windows Server).
- In the
Connection Timeout field, type a new timeout in seconds.
- The default is 300 seconds.
- The minimum value is 180 seconds.
- The maximum value is 1200 seconds.
- Click OK.
