Retrieve logs from an VMware ESXi-based operating system
Use this task to retrieve the logs from a VMware ESXi-based PowerFlex node.
Prerequisites
- IP address of the node
- Password for the root user

Steps
- Log in to the PowerFlex node.

From ESXi, run the
scp command to collect the ESXi operating system logs from the following folders on the local drive:
- /var/log
- /scratch/log/
