Install
This section describes how to install and configure PowerFlex Manager, deploy PowerFlex storage, and deploy PowerFlex file nodes.
PowerFlex Manager can be installed in three ways:
- VMware ESXi environment: Three VMs running a management virtual machine cluster. PowerFlex Manager is deployed using a fourth VM acting as an installer VM.
- A co-residency environment: PowerFlex Manager is installed on PowerFlex storage-only nodes.
- Linux management environment: The PowerFlex management platform is installed on the Linux operating system directly.
