Remove an LDAP server from LIA LDAP configuration

Use the following procedure to remove an LDAP server from the PowerFlex Gateway's LIA LDAP configuration. If only one LDAP server is configured for LIA, you must add another server before removing the existing one.

Prerequisites

Ensure you know the LIA credentials.

Steps

  1. From a web browser, enter the IP address of the PowerFlex Gateway, and log in to the PowerFlex Installer.
  2. On the Maintain tab, enter the following information:
    1. Primary MDM IP address
    2. MDM admin username and password.
    3. LIA credentials
  3. Click Retrieve system topology.
  4. On the Maintain tab, click Security Settings and select Remove LDAP Server from LIA auuthetication list
  5. In the Remove LDAP Server from LIA auuthetication list dialog box, enter the MDM admin password and the URI of the LDAP server to be removed.
  6. Click Remove LDAP Server.
  7. On the Monitor tab, confirm that the operation was successful, and then click Complete.
