Upgrade the PowerFlex presentation server (PowerFlex GUI) from v3.5 or later
Upgrade the PowerFlex presentation server from v3.5 or later.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have the package for the PowerFlex presentation server, and access to the node hosting the PowerFlex presentation server.
Steps
- Save a copy of the PowerFlex presentation server package on the node where PowerFlex presentation server is installed.

On the node running the
PowerFlex presentation server, run the following command:
- Linux:
rpm -Uvh EMC-ScaleIO-mgmt_server-3.6-X.<build>.noarch.rpm - Debian:
dpkg -i emc-scaleio-mgmt_server-3.6-X.<build>.amd64.deb
- Linux:
- On a Centos 8-based nodes only, when the installation script has finished, type Q.
