Updating the SDC parameters
About this task
This section describes how to use the VMware plug-in to update the SDCs with system parameters that are needed to maintain SDC-MDM communication.
Steps
- From the plug-in Advanced tasks menu, click Update SDC parameters, and follow instructions to complete that process.

Ensure that SDC parameters were updated by running this command on each ESX:
cat /etc/vmware/esx.conf |grep scini|grep -i mdm
