Event default and advanced fields
The event default and advanced fields are as follows:

| Severity | A predefined severity level that is associated with an event. | INFORMATION |
| Subsystem | A resource domain that identifies the area that the event relates to. The resource domains are:

| Resource type | The type of resource that is involved in the event. | block-config |
| Resource ID | The system-specific ID of the resource involved in the event. | 04463F20 |
| Resource name | The name the user assigns to the resource that is involved in the event. It is not necessarily a unique identifier of the resource. | mdm152 |
| Event ID | A unique identifier specific to the event instance that is always 16 digits. | B46b66c8c79e4a2a |
| Event name | An alphanumeric descriptive name for the event that is unique. | MDM_STARTED |
| Code | A unique event code that is always eight digits and identifies a specific event. | 20010001 |
| Description | A free text description of the event. | MDM has started |
| Category | There are six categories of events that help you to filter:

| Service name | The name of the service that generated the event. | block-mdm |
