Removing the Left Cover

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
  2. Pull up the cover release latch on the side of the computer. Figure displaying the cover release latch being pulled at the side of the computer.
  3. Lift the cover upward to a 45–degree angle and remove it from the computer. Figure displaying the removal of the left cover from the computer by lifting it at a 45–degree angle.
