Installing the power switch

  1. Align and slide the power switch module into the slot on the chassis until it clicks into place.
    NOTE: Ensure that the power switch cable is routed correctly through the cable routing clips on the system chassis.
  2. Connect the power switch cable to the connector on the system board.
  3. Install the:
    1. Optical drive module
    2. HDD assembly
    3. Front bezel
    4. Side cover
  4. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.
