Removing the cooling fan assembly

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the system cover.

  1. Lift the blue release levers to unlock the cooling fan cage assembly from the computer.
  2. Hold the release levers, and lift the cooling fan cage assembly away from the computer.
