Installing the powered graphics-card
Prerequisites
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the powered graphics-card and provide a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align the powered graphics card with the PCIe slot on the system board.
- Using the alignment post, push the graphic card connector firmly into the PCIe slot. Ensure that the graphics card is firmly seated.
- Slide the release latch down on the PCIe-holder to secure the PCIe-card bracket.
- Connect the PCIe-power cable to the connectors on the graphics card.
- Connect the PCIe-power cables to the slots on the PCIe holder.
