Removing the speaker

Prerequisites

  1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Open the psu hinge.

Steps

  1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board and undo the cable from the routing guides on the system board.
  2. Press the release tab and pull the speaker out of the computer.
