clear alerts

Description Clears all the alerts from the active list, and forces a fresh analysis of the system for any active alert conditions. For alert conditions that have not yet been resolved, new alerts are reported in an unacknowledged state. Any previously acknowledged alerts that are unresolved must be re-acknowledged.
