The
Advanced section of the SupportAssist tab contains options for interacting with support and for putting the system into maintenance mode.
Steps
Go to
Maintenance > Support.
Expand
Advanced.
The following options are available:
Maintenance Mode—select to prevent support cases from being created during maintenance operations such as firmware updates.
Automatic Case Creation—select to have SupportAssist automatically create support cases when specific events occur.
Re-authenticate SupportAssist—enter your Access Key and PIN number to refresh your connection to SupportAssist. You can also request a new Access Key and PIN from the link provided.
Click
Apply Changes, and click
OK on the confirmation prompt.
