If you are having a problem with the system, review the event history (Maintenance > Support > Event History) to view event details and recommended actions before calling technical support. Information shown might enable you to resolve the problem.
All events are logged, regardless of notification settings. For information about notification settings, see
Notification settings. The event history table lists a collapsed view of the most recent events logged by either controller module, up to 1000. For each event, the table shows the date and time when the event occurred (with one-second granularity), the severity, which controller module logged the event, the event code, and a message. For information about using tables, see
Tips for using tables.
