Enable or disable APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability

APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability is enabled by default on ME5 Series storage systems. To send data to APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability, you must have a business account on dell.com. In addition, the ME5 Series storage system must be onboarded to APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability and SupportAssist must be enabled on the storage system.

1. Go to Maintenance > Support.
2. On the SupportAssist tab, select or clear the Enable APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability checkbox.
3. Click Apply Changes, and click OK at the confirmation prompt.
   NOTE:It may take several hours for changes to the APEX AIOps Infrastructure Observability setting to take effect.
