Aborting a replication set

Aborting a replication set cancels the replication. You can abort running or suspended replication operations for a specified replication set (Provisioning > Volumes) by selecting the slide-over to access the Replications panel.

Click next to the progress indicator.

You can abort replications only from the primary system of a replication set.

NOTE:If you abort the initial replication for a replication set, the snapshot space allocated for that replication in the primary pool and the secondary pool will not be freed. To free that space, either re-run the initial replication or delete the replication set.
