Description

This command provides the diagnostic log on MD2412/MD2424/MD2460 enclosures.

Command syntax

shmcli (get log | getlog | gl) ( [-type=<(trace | event)>] -a=<(SAS WWID | AdapterIndex)> [-enc=<(WWN | EnclIndex)>] [-outputdir=<OutputDirectory>] | [-h])

Parameters

Parameter	Description
-a	Specifies the adapter used for the command. This is either SAS WWID or Adapter Index.
-enc	Specifies the enclosure used for the command. This is either WWN or the Enclosure Index.
-outputdir	Specify the output directory path. NOTE:If the directory path contains special characters; you must enclose the directory path within escaped double quotation marks.
-h	Provides more information about the command, description, and usage.
