Provide contact information for remote support
Ensure that the contact information is accurate and current so that Support can quickly contact the correct person in response to an issue.
- Select the Settings icon, and then select Support Connectivity in the Support section.
- Enter the contact information of the primary contact on the Support Contacts tab.
- Click Apply.
