Configure
Support Connectivity for an appliance by using any of the following means:
Initial Configuration wizard – A user interface that walks you through the initial setup of
PowerStore Manager and prepares the system for use.
Support Connectivity – A settings page that you can access from the
PowerStore Manager (click
Settings and under
Support select
Support Connectivity).
REST API server – Application interface that can receive REST API requests to configure Support Connectivity settings. For more information about the REST API, see the
PowerStore REST API Reference Guide.
To determine the status of
Support Connectivity, click
Settings and under
Support select
Support Connectivity in the
PowerStore Manager.
