You can monitor the status of resources that
PowerFlex Manager interacts with from the
Dashboard or from the
Resources page. Resources include nodes, network switches, virtual machine managers (for example, VMware vCenter),
PowerFlex Gateway, and element managers (for example, CloudLink Center).
The
Resources page displays information about all the resources that are discovered and managed in
PowerFlex Manager, including the resource health status, compliance status, and operational state.
Click a resource to view detailed information about the resource and associated components. The information that displays depends on the resource type.
Resource type
Description
PowerFlex nodes
View performance details, including system usage, CPU usage, memory usage, and I/O usage. Performance usage values are updated every five minutes.
PowerFlex Gateway
View performance metrics, storage, and node details. You can filter the display by choosing to view data for:
The last hour, day, week, month, or year
Total IOPS for system, volume, SDS, or SDC
You can export all metrics collected for a PowerFlex Gateway to a CSV file. The file contains aggregated values for hour, day, week, month, and year.
PowerFlex rack cabinet
View information about the cabinet, including system name and location, model number, IP address, cabinet temperature and humidity details.
Supported switches
View packet count by port for all ports or for a specific port. The packet count for all ports shows the average packet count for all the ports in that switch.
