Dell Technologies recommends that you use the Dell Lifecycle Controller to install the operating system because it adds the drivers during the installation process.
Because some of the drivers are not part of the Lifecycle Controller installation, download the latest driver package from Dell support site. Search for Drivers and Downloads under the PowerFlex custom node product.
NOTE:If a driver is not part of the Lifecycle Controller or driver ZIP packages, use the native operating system driver.
NOTE:The VMware ESXi and Windows operating systems are supported only for compute-only nodes.
