Setting the target to consistent mode
Use this procedure to set the target to consistent.
About this task
If target is set to inconsistent, you can set it back to consistent. As data is transferred from source to target, the SDR verifies that the data in the journal is consistent with the data from the source. The SDR then sends an apply to the journal to prompt SDR to send data to the volume.
Steps
- From the PowerFlex GUI, in the left pane, click .
- In the right pane, select the relevant RCG check box, and click .
- In the Set Target to Consistent Mode RCG <RCG name> dialog box, click Apply.
- Verify that the operation completed successfully and click Dismiss.
