Directory services

You can create a directory service that PowerFlex Manager can access to import users.

An Active Directory user is authenticated against the specific Active Directory domain to which a user belongs. The format to log in is: directory_service_name\ user, followed by the password.

The Directory Services page displays the following information about PowerFlex Manager active directories:

• Host IP address

• Name

• Directory type
