Rebooting a PowerFlex node
Use this procedure to reboot a PowerFlex appliance node.
About this task
PowerFlex Manager prevents two nodes from being in service mode simultaneously to protect data.
Steps
- See Entering and exiting service mode to put the node in service mode.
- After PowerFlex Manager shows that the node has entered service mode, turn off the PowerFlex node by using the iDRAC interface to run a graceful shutdown.
- Use the iDRAC interface to power on the PowerFlex node.
