Installing rear drive cage
The procedure for installing 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch rear drive cages is identical.
Prerequisites
Steps
- Align the screws on the drive cage with the screw holes on the system.
- Lower the drive cage into the system until it is firmly seated.
- Using Phillips #2 screwdriver, tighten the screws to secure the drive
cage to the system.

- Connect all the cables to the rear drive backplane.
- Install all the drives.
