Removing the cooling fan cage board
Prerequisites
- Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
- Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
- Remove the following components:
- Disconnect cables from the fan board.
Steps
- Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver. remove the screws that secures the fan board to the system.
- Holding the edges lift the fan board out of the system.
