Log in to the Data Manager Appliance UI

This section describes how to log in to the Data Manager Appliance UI as the admin user.

1. From a host that has network access to the DM5500, use Google Chrome to connect to the Data Manager Appliance UI:
   https://<Management_IP_address>
   or
   https://<Management_FQDN>
   The PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance login page appears.
2. Log in with the admin credentials:
   • Username: admin
   • Password: Use the new password that you set up in step 1c on the Password page in the Initial DM5500 configuration in the Data Manager Appliance Configuration UI section.
   In the Data Manager Appliance UI, the Get Started window appears.
