Troubleshooting System Configuration

Check the following information that is related to troubleshooting System Configuration.

Default network not seen under Network page on appliance UI

This issue occurs when the DNS/NTP validation fails and the user closes the System Configuration wizard when configuration is in progress. When checking network details in Infrastructure > Network, the default network appears to be removed.

If this issue occurs, go to System Configuration and click Back and resubmit the configuration with correct parameters.

Appliance upgrade failure due to incorrect hardware configuration

This issue occurs when the appliance has an incorrect hardware configuration.

If this issue occurs, ensure that the hardware configuration of the appliance is the same as shipped factory configuration and the hardware components if replaced are compatible. If the issue persists, contact Dell Support.
