Removing the system board shield

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. stand
    2. back cover
  3. To remove the system board shield:
    1. Press the securing tab to release the system board shield from the slots on the computer [1].
    2. Slide the system board shield away from the computer [2].
