Removing the WLAN card

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. stand
    2. back cover
    3. system board shield
  3. To remove the WLAN card:
    1. Disconnect the antenna cables from the connectors on the WLAN card [1].
    2. Remove the screw that secures the WLAN card to the system board [2].
    3. Hold the WLAN card and pull it from the connector on the system board [3].
