Installing the intrusion switch
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the intrusion switch and provide a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Insert the intrusion switch in the slot on the chassis and slide the intrusion switch to the locked position to secure it to the chassis.
- Connect the intrusion-switch cable to the connector (INTRUSION) on the system board.
