Installing the coin-cell battery

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

Steps

With the positive-side facing up, insert the coin-cell battery into the battery holder on the system board and gently press the battery until it snaps into place.

Next steps

  1. Install the system-board shield.
  2. Install the back cover.
  3. Install the cable cover (optional).
  4. Install the stand.
