Configuring collection settings on OpenManage Enterprise SupportAssist
SupportAssist automatically collects system information from all devices at periodic intervals. SupportAssist also collects system information automatically from a device when a support case is created an issue in a device. Based on your preferences, you can configure the following:
- Automatic collection of system information when a support case is created or updated. See Enable or disable automatic collection of system information on support case creation.
- Periodic collection of system information. See Enable or disable periodic collection of system information.
- Collection of identity information. See Enable or disable collection of identity information.
