Review ObjectScale health alerts and logs to learn of possible issues with the health of the object stores and ObjectScale.
Steps
From the ObjectScale Portal user interface, click
Alerts to display the full list of current alerts.
You can filter the alerts that are listed using the dropdown above the table. You can filter alerts from the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, last month, or all.
You can filter on some columns in the
Alerts tab. To filter, click the filter icon in each column header and then type in what you are trying to match on. If a filter is defined, then the icon is selected and circled.
Select an alert listed in the table.
If the alert type is Manual, use
ACKNOWLEDGE or
UNACKNOWLEDGE to modify an issue once reviewed.
To review health events, select
Logs to display the full list of current events.
You can filter the events that are listed using the dropdown above the table. You can filter events from the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, last month, or all.
You can filter on some columns in the
Logs tab. To filter, click the filter icon in each column header and then type what you are trying to match. If a filter is defined, then the icon is highlighted and circled.
