Starting a NetWorker host on Windows
Perform the following steps as a Windows administrator to start the services on a NetWorker server, storage node, and client.
- Right-click My Computer, and then select Manage.
- Expand Services and Applications, and then select Services.

Start the appropriate service:

NetWorker server: Right-click the NetWorker Backup and Recover Server service and select Start.
NOTE:The NetWorker Backup and Recover Server service also starts the NetWorker Remote Exec Service and the NetWorker Message Queue Adaptor service. -
NetWorker client or storage node: Right-click the NetWorker Remote Exec Service and select Start.
