MESsages
Determines whether console messages are displayed before and after snapshot activation.
The MESsages parameter can be specified on the ACTIVATE and GLOBAL command. It has a matching site option, &MESSAGE.
Syntax
MESsages({DISplay|PROmpt|NONE|DETAIL})
NOTE:Aliases for MESsages include: MSGs.
Options
- DETAIL
- Console messages are displayed before and after processing. Message EQCA921I is also displayed. One statement is shown for each storage system where SRDF/A is suspended.
- DISplay
- Console messages are displayed before and after processing.
- NONE
- (Default) No console messages are displayed.
- PROmpt
- Display WTOR on console and wait for reply before proceeding.
