DELETE TGT

The DELETE TGT command deletes a specified target set. The target set cannot be in use (linked).

With the zDP GLOBAL EXPortDEF option set to AUTO, if the SAVE option is not specified, the DELETE TGT command also deletes the corresponding exported target set definitions from the Symmetrix File System (SFS).

Syntax

DELETE TGT tgtst_name [,ALLOWNonEmpty] [,SAVE]

NOTE:TGT is an alias for TARGET_SET. You can also use optional parenthesis as follows: TGT(tgtst_name).

Example

DELETE TGT EMCTGT1,ALLOWNONEMPTY
