Configuration layer 3: Parameters on other commands

The third layer consists of the parameters that are associated with other TimeFinder commands. Many of the TimeFinder commands can take parameters available on the GLOBAL command statement. To override an EMCSNAPO site option or a GLOBAL parameter, issue the equivalent parameter with that command.

The value that you use is only in force during the operation of the command to which it is appended. After the command is finished, TimeFinder uses the GLOBAL parameter value (if it was set) or the site option value again.
