Removing the Camera

  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
  2. Remove:
    1. battery

    2. display panel

  3. Perform the following steps to remove the camera:
    1. Disconnect the camera cable from the assembly. [1]
    2. Remove the screws that secure the camera to the display panel. [2]
    3. Lift and remove the camera from the computer. [3]
